Clicks and Automations provides digital marketing, lead generation, advertising management, automation setup, funnel development, CRM implementation, email marketing, SMS marketing, and related consulting services.

All services are governed by separate proposals, agreements, or invoices provided to each client.

2. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to deliver the highest quality services, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

• Number of leads generated

• Revenue increases

• Return on ad spend (ROAS)

• Appointment bookings

• Business growth

Marketing results depend on multiple factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, offer quality, pricing, sales processes, creative assets, and client responsiveness.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Supply requested materials and account access in a timely manner.

• Review and approve deliverables promptly.

• Maintain active subscriptions required for implementation.

• Participate in strategy discussions and provide feedback when requested.

Delays in providing required information or approvals may affect timelines and results.

4. Communication

Clicks and Automations operates on a flexible, results-driven work model and does not maintain fixed office hours.

Clients can expect professional and timely communication during active projects; however, immediate responses are not guaranteed.

5. Payments

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins.

• Remaining balances must be paid in full before final deliverables, transfers, or project handoff.

• Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or withholding of deliverables. 

6. Scope of Work

Services provided are limited to those specifically outlined in the approved proposal, invoice, or agreement.

Any requests outside the agreed scope shall be considered additional work and may require:

• Additional evaluation

• Revised timelines

• Additional fees

No additional work will begin without client approval.

7. Creative Assets

Clients are responsible for providing or obtaining necessary creative assets, including but not limited to:

• Photos

• Videos

• Branding materials

• Graphic design assets
  
  If additional creative services are required, they may be outsourced or quoted separately.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client shall own final approved deliverables specifically created for the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clicks and Automations retains ownership of:

• Proprietary processes

• Internal systems

• Templates

• Frameworks

• Methodologies

• Standard operating procedures

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose proprietary information to third parties without consent.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms, including but not limited to Meta, Google, GoHighLevel, email providers, and CRM systems.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate a project in writing.

Any work completed up to the termination date shall remain billable and payable.

No refunds shall be issued for work already performed.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this website.

Ongoing Services
Either party may cancel with written notice (typically 15–30 days depending on agreement).
